General Information
What is the deadline for paying the balance of the stay
The balance of the stay must be paid no later than 7 days from the date of arrival by credit card.
Is there an online check-in service?
Yes, all arriving guests are required to check in online at least 7 days before arrival. The guest receives a reminder by e-mail which automatically directs him to the dedicated area.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
At Isaresidence, you can check-in from 10:30 a.m. on the day of your arrival.
The check-out must be no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure. Check-out means the actual exit from the resort, vehicles included. It is not possible to stay longer.

From what time is the accommodation available?
The keys delivery terms are: Within 4:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday; within 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
Guests who have checked in can enter the resort from 10.30 with their own vehicle, park the car in their private parking space, and use all the facilities and services, until the key is available. The availability of the key is communicated to the guest via text message.

Is wi-fi available? is it for free?
Yes, wi-fi is available and free of charge in the Reception area, in the pool area, in all the apartments by the pool and in all the new Prestige apartments. Please, ask the Reception for further information.
Is there an atm inside the resort?
Yes, there’s an ATM at the Reception. 4 additional cash machines are avilable at Isamar Holiday Village.
Is there a medical service?
The Medical Service is available at Villaggio Isamar with the following time slots:
- Nurse: every day from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (free service)
- Turistic doctor: every day from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Service subject to a fee. Credit card only)
Is there a safe deposit box service?
Yes, every apartment is equipped with a safe.
When are the quiet hours?
The quiet hours are from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Until what time is it possible to enter the resort by car?
You can access the parking lots at any time.
Is smoking allowed in the accommodations/common areas?
Smoking is not permitted inside the lodgings, on the beach and at the swimming pool. It is allowed outdoors and on the balconies.
Is it possible to rent bikes/strollers/scooters/wheelchairs?
A bike/stroller/scooter (also electric ones)/wheelchair rental service is available nearby the emporium at Isamar Holiday Village.
Is there a Laundry Service?
Yes, our Laundry Area is open 24h a day, the wash machine price is € 5,00 (soap in included), the dryer price is € 4,00. Payment by € 1,00 coins only.
Are there charging stations for electric cars?
Yes, charging stations for cars are available free of charge in the area between Reception and Booking Office of Villaggio Isamar.
Is a shuttle service to/from Isamar Holiday Village available?
Yes, there is a free shuttle service to and from Isamar via electric train. (at scheduled times) The holiday village can also be reached via the pedestrian walkway along the beach (about 500 meters)
How to get here
Which is the nearest bus stop/railway station/airport?
From Isaresidence to Chioggia (and back), bus number 5 is available. The bus stop is 200 meters far.
The nearest long-distance bus station is in Chioggia (bus n° 80 from Chioggia to Venice and Busitalia from Chioggia to Padova).
The nearest railway station is in Chioggia (the only line is Chioggia/Rovigo)
The nearest airport is Venice Marco Polo (60 km away).

Accommodations
Where can I pick up the keys to the accommodation?
After receiving the message indicating that the apartment is available, the guest can pick up the keys at the Reception Desk.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Bed linen is available in the accommodation for all guests. At the reception desk it is possible to rent extra bed linen sets or purchase sets of towels.
Is air conditioning included?
At check-in the guest is given a air conditioning card that gives the possibility to use the air conditioner for 50 hours. It is possible to top up the card for a fee at the Front Desk.
Is parking located near the accommodation?
Parking is located within Isaresidence. Each space is numbered and can only be occupied by guests of the accommodation unit. Any other vehicles must be parked outside the facility.
Are cribs, high chairs, and bed rails available?
Cribs, high chairs and bed rails are available upon request (subject to availability).
Is barbecuing allowed?
Is it possible to grill on the terrace of the accommodations only with electric grills (no charcoal).

It is possible to accommodate extra people either during the day or overnight up to the maximum number of people allowed for each accommodation type. Extra people must be registered at check-in.
Will I find a dishwasher in my accomodation?
The dishwasher is available in all types except the Mini.

Are guests of Isaresidence allowed to participate in the entertainment activities at Isamar?
Yes, all guests of Isaresidence can take part in the entertainment activities of the holiday village.
Swimming pools/water park
Is the use of swimming pools included in the stay?
Yes, guests of Isaresidence have free access, both to the pools at Isaresidence and to the water park at Isamar.
Is the swimming cap mandatory?
No, the swimming cap is not required in our pools.
Do I have to pay for sunbeds and beach umbrellas at the pool?
Sunbeds and beach umbrellas at the pool are free to use
Can pool floats and/or inflatable games be brought into the pool?
No pool floats, balls or inflatable games are allowed in the pool.

Is the sunbed/beach umbrella service included in the stay?
Yes, every accomodation includes 1 umbrella and 2 sun beds.
Is the beach wheelchair accessible?
Yes, there is a tiled boardwalk for people with disabilities.
What water sports can I practice at sea?
At the Isamar Water Sports Center you can rent sailboats, stand up paddleboards, pedal boats.
Food service
Is half board/full board available?
Yes, the service is handled directly by Ai Tamerici Restaurant for guests of Isaresidence, by Vivas Restaurant for guests of Isamar. You can ask for details at the Booking Office before you arrive, or book it directly on site at the Restaurant.
Is takeaway service available?
Yes, take-out service is available at scheduled times.

Yes, with the list of vaccinations.
What areas of the apartment hotel and holiday village do dogs have access to?
Dogs are allowed to walk in the common areas of Isaresidence on a leash, with the exception of the pool and beach areas. Our Dog Beach is available at Villaggio Isamar with sunbed and beach umbrella for a fee.
