Qi Gong Course
Take care of your body and your mind!
The Tao Kuan School of Oriental Arts brings an exceptional event to the Isaholidays Villages in the summer of 2025:
the QI GONG COURSE, one of the 5 disciplines that make up Chinese Medicine.
It is a beneficial and relaxing practice, consisting of breathing and movement exercises, which does not require particular skills or motor abilities.
The practice combines physical activity with Taoist and Buddhist meditation techniques, the study of mantras (expressions of sacred words and phrases sung) and the study of mudras (divine symbols performed with the hands).
👉 WHAT IS QI GONG
Qi Gong is one of the five disciplines that make up Chinese Medicine, along with acupuncture, dietetics, phytotherapy, and massage.
It is practiced to treat many common disorders (anxiety, stress, back pain, headaches, joint pain, vision, hearing, insomnia..) and to balance emotions, which are at the root of every pathology.
Qi Gong means “work with energy”. The energies of our body (Jing, Qi, and Shen) are controlled and balanced through a work of positions, breathing, and thought, in order to prevent daily disorders and thus live better and longer.
The founder of the School is Giorgio Barbieri, a naturopath specialized in Vital Nutrition and Chromotherapy. He is part of the Italian School of Acupuncture (Sida) and the S-Drive Academy, a School of Higher Education in Epigenetics.
👉 TREATMENTS
The Qi Gong instructors are available to offer treatments of: osteopathy, shiatsu massage, Vietnamese facial massage, reflexology, craniosacral treatment, treatments with essential oils and Bach flowers, naturopathy consultations, chromotherapy, tests for the complete assessment of the body's health status and emotional state (muscular system, digestive system, cardiovascular system, vitamin and trace element deficiencies, blood sugar, cholesterol, food intolerances).
…. All that’s left is to welcome you to the mat, to personally experience all the benefits of this ancient discipline and take care of your body and mind!
